At BelleBird, every garment goes through a smooth, hands-on process before it’s ready to ship. First, our team checks each piece carefully for stitching quality, accurate sizing, proper print placement, and any fabric defects. Once approved, the garments move to ironing, where they’re neatly pressed according to fabric type to ensure a clean, polished look. After that, each item is folded properly and packed in individual polybags with the right tags, labels, and any extras required. Finally, the packed pieces are sorted into cartons based on size or style, labeled clearly, and stored in our warehouse, ready for dispatch. The goal is simple—make sure every piece that leaves our floor is something we’re proud of.
